It was an action packed summer, highlighted by Canada and World University Games and Beach Nationals in Vancouver, where a pair of 16-year-olds surprised. You’ll meet the McNamara twins inside, as well as indoor star Tabi Love.

Love and company were in Omaha for the women’s NORCECA Championships. The men’s event took place right here in Langley, with Canada coming ever so close. We’ve got coverage of both.

We also recap the World League Finals in Argentina, the Maccabiah Games in Israel and the U21 World Championships in Turkey. Yeah, we get around!

We take you to Camp Madawaska, too, where contributor Everett Delorme had the time of his life...literally.

Looking ahead, we’ve got CIS and CCAA previews, though it’s really anybody’s guess who will win this time. Even Doug Reimer, coach of six- time champion UBC, is in the dark on the subject, as you’ll see.
