Last night the UCLA women's volleyball team defeated Illinois to claim the 2011 NCAA DI Women's Volleyball Championship.  This title is UCLA's fourth in the history of the tournament and their first in two decades.  The set scores were 25-23, 23-25, 26-24, 25-16.

Here at Kill on Two we hosted our first bracket challenge.  Back in early December we invited our readers to fill out their own brackets and submit them over at our 2011 NCAA Brackets page.  Congrats are due to Michael Morikawa for a perfect prediction (15/15) of the Kentucky Regional, user wfvoxfordct for an almost perfect (14/15) prediction of the Florida Regional, Kill on Two's own Alex Redekop and user joeljw who tied with 12 of 15 correct picks in the Minnesota Regional and user lhnlg and Erik Lanegran who led the Hawaii regional with 11 of 15 correct picks (I was in 3rd =D).
