Rogers and Dalhausser Win Brasilia Open For Third Time in a Row
For the third time in a row, Todd Rogers and Phil Dalhausser have won The Brasilia Open. On a sunny Sunday morning in Brasilia, Brazil, the reigning Olympic champions beat Matt Fuerbringer and Nick Lucena, in an all-American final 2-0 (21-17, 21-18). Although being hunted on the serve, the giant Dalhausser resisted well and had an outstanding performance. In the bronze medal match, Brazilians Ricardo and Cunha defeated Spanish team Herrera and Gavira, also in straight sets, 21-18, 21-14. Now the men head to Myslowice, Poland while the women play in Sanya, China both starting on Tuesday.
