Last year's CIS Female Athlete of the Year, Shanice Marcelle, is now playing for one of Germany's top clubs, Dresdner SC, a team not only fighting for the Bundesliga championships, but also the Grandaddy of them all: the CEV Champions League.

Today Shanice and her Dresdner teammates will be taking on Rabita Baku, one of the top teams in Azerbaijan, and last year's Champions League runners-up. Baku is currently sitting only two points ahead of Dresdner in the Pool A standings.
