Canada Games: Beach Day 3 (14-08-2013)
It's day 3 and we've reached the final day of Pool Play competition. In both men's and women's play, Ontario and British Columbia remain undefeated, which really is no surprise since they are the two provinces who run legitimate beach programs.
A bit of bad news came out of the tournament yesterday, New Brunswick's men's team has been pulled out of the competition due to injury. Both players suffered a concussion in yesterday morning's match against Newfoundland. It's a tough way to have your tournament end, especially one you've been leading up to for a number of months. We wish both players a quick a speedy recovery, and hope to see them on the sand sometime soon!
