Marshall Signs with Bydgoszcz of Plus Liga

Canadian Steven Marshall has signed his first pro-contract with Bydgoszcz of the Polish Plus Liga

Former Trinity Western Spartan Steven Marshall has signed his first professional contract with Bydgoszcz of the Polish Plus Liga, widely considered one of the top leagues in the world.

Marshall won a CIS National Championships with the Spartans in 2012 and has been a part of the National team system since 2012 as a part of the B team. He was also a part of the Full Time Training Centre in Gatineau this past year, and has even represented Canada on the beach on a number of occasions. 

Last year, Bydgoszcz finished 9th last year in the Plus Liga, just one point shy of the playoffs.
