Top Two from G and H will play for 9th-12th, and the bottom two will compete for 13th-16th.
Canada qualified for the Championships by defeating the U.S. in the semi-finals of the 2014 NORCECA U20 Championships last year, while the United States paid them back with a semi-final win of their own at the U21 Pan Am Cup in Gatineau earlier this year.
