FIVB: Shanghai - Men's Finals (Live Video)

FIVB beach volleyball action from Shanghai, China continues today.Today marks the end of the men's event with semi final and final action concluding this evening. The last leg of the main draw playoffs put two American teams through the upper bracket. Rogers-Dalhausser defeated Fuerbringer-Lucena to move into the first semi final match against Herrera-Gavira of Spain. The Spaniards (I've always wanted to use that word in writing) defeated the fifth seeded home team of Xu-Wu in the lower bracket to get there.

The other team from the United States is Gibb-Rosenthal, who ended up in the semi final after battling through compatriots Fuerbringer-Lucena in the upper bracket. Fuerbringer-Lucena was the duo that took care of the only Canadian men's team in the main draw, Redmann-Saxton back in round one to send them on to their elimination by Brazil in the lower bracket.
