Guest Post: Josh Binstock - Visit to Vancouver and the start to the year of the big “O”…2012

It’s been approximately a month and a half since my last post, so I guess its due time for an update. After a couple of months of intense training, I was in need of a nice break and a good way to recharge the batteries for the pre-season training and season competitions that lay ahead.  So, over the December holidays I decided to head west across the country to Vancouver and visit my brother Aaron and my dog Hershey. Being very close to my brother and having raised Hershey for over a year before they moved to Vancouver, I had missed the both of them a lot.  Spending quality time with them was great, and I am very proud of Aaron for having taken the risk to move there, and become a successful Chiropractor at the Impulse Sport Therapeutics clinic. The visit was exactly what I needed and I couldn’t think of a better way to say farewell 2011 and welcome 2012!
