The Week in Review

This weekend was a fairly quiet one for Men’s OUA volleyball. We did get the treat of seeing Western and Queen’s; school rivals and competitors for the top spot on the standings. Queen’s came away with the five set win. As expected, the game was tight and even forced extra points in the final set (18-16 for Queen’s in the end). Each team won their other matches this past weekend. McMaster was left in third place due to their inactivity this weekend. The same story applies to fourth place Guelph. Everything below that point is a muddy mess. The leading four teams look like this in the standings:
